Sales Tax
No sales tax is requred to delivery locations outside New York State, however we are required to collect 4 5/8% sales tax on orders shipped to any address in New York.
Return Policy
Exchanges or returns are available up to 14 days from the date of your order.Shipping charges shall be paid by the customer in the return of the garment. Avenue X Innovations, LLC will pay for the shipping back to the customer only if due to error in order fulfillment. Original invoice must accompany unworn merchandise with the hangtags attached in order to issue a return or exchange, We recommend you insure the package, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost in the mail. Sorry, we cannot refund the cost of shipping. Garments returned after 14 days are not subject to refund. Shipments in the USA usually arrive within 3-5 business days and are shipped via US mail.
